Scientific event

Senior Research Fellow (Professor of Research "A"), permanent researcher at the National Research Center in Social and Cultural Anthropology (CRASC), and Head of the Research Department for Anthropology of Education and Training Systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from Oran 2 University. She is the principal investigator of an institutional research project on "Feminine Professional Vulnerability in the Services Sector: Quality of Employment and Integration Pathways." Her research interests—aligned with institutional projects, consultancy work, and national and international collaborations—focus on the following topics: work and employment systems, women's studies, organizational management, total quality management, childhood, and quality assurance in higher education.
