His work is distinguished by its focus on innovative socio-anthropological approaches that observe the details of daily life and establish a solid body of knowledge about the Algerian city. Conceptual and Methodological Grounding: Deconstructing Marginal Phenomena: The researcher is known for posing profound questions about what he calls "conceptual ambiguity," attempting to provide scientific meanings and explanations for complex phenomena such as poverty, marginalization, vulnerability, and exclusion.
