Biography
PhD in the History of Law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Religious Studies (University of Algiers I), and is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Algiers, where he heads the UNESCO Emir Abdelkader Chair for Human Rights and the Culture of Peace.
