This book is the outcome of a national research project (2011–2013) on educational values in secondary school textbooks of humanities and social sciences. Conducted by a multidisciplinary team, the study examined the consistency between official educational objectives and those embedded in textbooks, while also contributing methodological expertise to national curriculum bodies.
