abstract
Continuous education is a vital component of the contemporary educational system, essential for adapting to rapid developments and the evolving nature of schools. It plays a key role in renewing teachers’ skills and enhancing their academic and professional competencies. To assess secondary school teachers’ evaluation of continuous training programs, a field study was conducted across 129 high schools in Oum El Bouaghi and Sétif, involving 568 teachers. The book presents a theoretical overview of continuous education and discusses the empirical findings with research partners.
